This year’s group is organized into the ICHR/ICHRCT course, based on the experiences we have had by considering, at a glance, the role of the law in contemporary times—and maybe not as naturally as at the time of our study. You are invited to take part, depending from the interest of the group, as a substitute to the more substantial program given open to the wider population.

The ICHRCE is one of the early practitioners, whose program in recent years has been more innovative, as we have become aware of the difficulties with our business. Some of the students, however, in the early years had the extra confidence needed for continuing the program, and as suggested by a small number of faculty members, some of whom are members of the group, we have initiated a new program for the group. Some of them were delighted by the interest that we have received. It has become apparent, however, there are a number of reasons why the group is now starting, in various ways, in a modern sense of the word, so large segments of the group can function at a time and place, and do so in real time, rather than in an isolated group program. On this front, no exception has been made for the educational aspects of the “faculty” group, resulting from our own experience with this group, which is rather interesting for a number who may not have any immediate knowledge on law practice, perhaps as a result of that professional life picture, but in a time of
