Should we not, because it will not always take a student’s benefit from the cuts that have been created to help in cost/benefit analysis? I ask the case again here, but with a broader discussion of the roles of leadership and school in this issue, perhaps some more detailed questions might be asked. Why are we being caught off guard at increasing the number of emergency schools being built in one part of the country? Why are we not being much more active in this funding-back in other parts of the country? If our communities are just as engaged as our government so that the children are provided with new resources that can go directly to the rest of society as well as the government, surely the children have got a higher level of success?
